The Endress+ Hauser Process Solutions AG, in Reinach / BL, is the competence centre of the Endress+Hauser Group for digital communication, plant asset management, automation platforms and engineering. The element water and its preparation plays an increasingly important strategic role in this company. Water/Wastewater Product Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
The tasks are very exciting. Much is still being developed. You are given great creative freedom and the chance to create something new that does not exist yet. You are responsible for the continued development of the portfolio in the field of water and waste water. Based on the customer and market requirements, you will further develop the marketing of these products and introduce them on a needs basis. The sales department relies on your profound expertise for the market launch. That is why it is especially important that you develop convincing, time-compliant marketing materials and run training programmes to communicate the complex “know-how” quickly and clearly. The measures trigger interests among the various stakeholders and target groups, who combine, process and further develop them. In addition, you create marketing plans and monitor their effects.
What we are looking for:
You have successfully completed a recognised technical degree and have proven to be educated in the fields of business, marketing and product management. Your work experience in a similar environment of process engineering and water markets is an absolute must in order to be successful early on. You have a solid, well-established network that you can tap into at any time. The market is extremely fast, global and competitive. You are able to handle this environment very well. With your analytical way of thinking, you immediately recognise opportunities as well as risks in order to position your products and services clearly on the market. All is nothing if it lacks concrete, targeted and ultimately business-relevant implementation. You ensure a strong, persistent and unmissable market presence that convinces customers and leads to successful contracts. The days can be hectic at times. Thanks to your good organisation, coordination of the projects and targeted communication, you always have everything under control. Your way of thinking and acting must be both flexible and cross-sectoral. You are driven by an insatiable curiosity and accept the new as a welcome challenge. You like people and win them over quickly for your projects. Your approach is characterised by a sensitive flair and intelligence, knowing that under certain circumstances, a second attempt will achieve the goal more quickly.
Fluent German and English speaking skills are indispensable prerequisites. A knowledge of other languages is advantageous. You will spend about 30% of your working time travelling, mainly to southern Germany and other European destinations.
